1.       Pricing: how much does it cost to register and advertise on Rally-Car.com? – Currently all registration and advertising on this site is free as part of the site launch.

2.       Why do you have to register to advertise on this site? – This is to protect you and ensure that content on the site is genuine. We also use your registration details to alert you to newly placed adverts if you subscribe by email or text (sms) message.

3.       Why does my ad not appear when posted? – All ads are checked for their content prior to going live on the website. We do not check the wording of your ad only that it complies with our guidelines

4.       Why do you only see part of the ad entered when browsing the site? – Only registered members who are logged in can see the full details of your ad.

5.       Can I change my ad after it goes live? – Yes, just login in and visit My Cars on the left-hand menu. You can then edit your ad.

6.       Why do I have to revalidate the status of my ad? – This is to ensure that vehicles that are sold do not stay on the site for months for others to enquire about.

7.       How do I subscribe to alerts? – You can subscribe to either email or text (sms) message alerts or both if you wish. Simply login with your username and password and click “Subscribe to email alerts” or “Subscribe to sms alerts” on the menu.

8.       How do I un-subscribe to alerts? – Please login and click on either of the alerting links on the left-hand menu. You will see an option to either un-subscribe or edit your subscription

9.       I’m looking for a car, what’s the best way to use this site? Firstly we suggest you register to gain a username and password. Once you have these you can subscribe to alerts so that you are notified when further vehicles are added to the site. You also have the facility to add any items you are interested in to your favourites.
