We are not responsible for the accuracy of any description or history of any advert placed on this site whatsoever.

5.       You either own or have permission to sell the item on behalf of someone else.

6.       You have the copyright to any images or video posted to the site or have the permission to use the content from the copyright holder.

7.       We do not run any kind of brokerage or escrow payment system for completing your transaction. This is left to the buyer and seller to negotiate outside of this site.

8.       Any video clips uploaded are of the vehicle stationary to show its condition and features and not competing on an event. We will remove any videos of this nature.

9.       All adverts placed should include the selling price in GBP (£). You are responsible for your own conversion to this currency. Any currency conversion done on this site is for searching purposes only and we cannot guarantee that the rate for conversion is up to date in the current economic climate. We therefore suggest that when searching using the currency function that you broaden your search to accommodate any currency fluctuation.

10.   When placing an advert you must show a selling price that is representative of the item for sale, i.e. you are prepared to sell the item for the amount on the advert. Adverts that are priced unrealistically low will be held by the site administrators until a correct price is provided by you. We do not intend to dictate market pricing by adopting this policy only that you can’t buy a world rally car for £1000. We do not accept adverts placed on a POA basis.
